Meal and delivery provider Wonder closed a $650 million Series D at a $9 billion pre-money valuation. Fireworks AI develops tools that turn general-purpose models into specialized intelligence trained on enterprise data. The San Mateo, California company closed the $1.505 billion round. Wonder operates 140 locations and will use proceeds to expand its New York-based kitchens and delivery services.

Chai Discovery secured $400 million in Series C funding at a $3.8 billion valuation led by Index Ventures with participation from Sequoia Capital, Dimension and Kleiner Perkins. Spectro Cloud raised more than $100 million in a Series D led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, bringing its total capital to $260 million for its AI infrastructure management software.
Robotics, Drones and Defense
Walden Robotics launched out of stealth with $300 million led by Toyota and Deviation Capital at a $1.1 billion valuation for its general-purpose robots aimed at manufacturing and logistics. Brinc raised $125 million led by Motorola Solutions with participation from Index Ventures and Dylan Field for drones used in public safety. Singularity emerged from stealth with $80 million in Series A funding led by Khosla Ventures and Felicis at a $400 million valuation for air defense technology.
Construction and Fintech Rounds
TerraFirma received $100 million for its AI-enabled software and autonomous robotics for construction, bringing total funding to $115 million. Flex closed a $70 million Series B1 led by Halo Fund for its private banking platform serving high-net-worth business owners. State Affairs secured $70 million in Series A funding led by Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund for its AI platform tracking policy and regulation according to Crunchbase News.
