Blackstone has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Flow Control Holdings (FCH) from Audax Private Equity, with Audax retaining a minority stake and continuing to work with Blackstone and FCH’s management after completion, according to Private Equity Wire. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close in Q4, according to Private Equity Wire.

Buyer syndicate and seller rollover

Private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone Capital Partners and Blackstone Energy Transition Partners signed the definitive agreement to acquire FCH, according to Private Equity Wire. Audax will retain a minority stake in the business following completion, according to Private Equity Wire. FCH is a US provider of engineered flow-control components used in data centre liquid cooling and other critical applications, according to Private Equity Wire.
