Puglia previously served as CFO and Managing Director at PSG Equity and Providence Equity Partners. At Providence, he played a key role in launching and scaling PSG Equity, helping grow the platform to roughly $30bn in assets under management over 12 years while establishing its financial, operational, and governance frameworks.
